Adam Cornelius for BLSHA Board
I am running for the Blue Lake Springs Board of Directors to preserve the beauty, safety, and financial health of our mountain community.
As a former Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with extensive oversight experience, I understand the importance of fiscal responsibility. If elected, I will ensure our dues are utilized effectively to maintain amenities and protect property values without unnecessary increases. My perspective is rooted in practical, firsthand experience navigating HOA guidelines as a fellow homeowner.
A critical priority is addressing our ongoing water concerns. In the Sierra Nevadas, reliable infrastructure and thoughtful resource management are essential. I am committed to proactive, sustainable water strategies to ensure long-term stability for all residents.
I believe in transparent communication, fiscal discipline, and neighborly solutions. A community member since 2016, I made my first land purchase here in 2023 using longtime family friends of Don and Beverly Fry. I would be honored to earn your vote and work hard for the future of Blue Lake Springs and the greater Arnold community.
